1. Recogida en tu hotel
Pickup included at hotels in the Cancun Hotel Zone, Riviera Maya, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, and Akumal. In Tulum, pickup is only at the Super Akí Tulum . Pickup takes place between 5:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. One day before the tour, our logistics team will confirm the exact time based on your hotel's location.

2. Playa del Carmen / Ferry
Upon arriving at Playa del Carmen, we will meet the rest of the group at a meeting point. Our guide will provide instructions before boarding the 9:00 a.m. ferry . Note: there will be a waiting time to coordinate the departure. This process is part of the tour's logistics. Thank you for your patience and for enjoying this adventure with the best attitude.

3. Palancar and Colombia Reefs
• Time for snorkeling. • Observation of tropical fish and reefs.

4. El Cielo and El Cielito
• Swimming in crystal-clear waters. • Observation of starfish (without touching them). • Time to relax and take photographs.

5. Downtown Cozumel
• Lunch. • Free time to tour the center or go shopping. • Return to the ferry.

Before you book
The dock tax is paid on the day of the tour. In Tulum, pickup is only at Super Akí Tulum. The exact pickup time is confirmed 24 hours prior. The activity depends on weather and sea conditions.
